Back in late August at the beginning of school, the kindergarteners listened to a fun story about monsters and then were asked to draw and color their own fun monster. They gave their monster a name, shared what food it liked to eat, its favorite color, and a few other pieces of information. Some High School students in Mrs. Graminske's Family and Consumer Sciences class, along with Mrs. Graminske, then took each of the Kindergarten's drawings and created and sewed their monster to "bring it to life!" They also wrote a fun story to go with it, using the information from the students. A few of the high school students came to present the students with their monsters and stories. The Kindergarteners were so excited!! Please enjoy some pictures of the Kindergarten students with their monsters! #brillionlions
