Does air have mass? YES! Mrs. Mielke's class proved that air is matter, takes up space and has mass.

How fun for everyone in Ms. Marker's and Ms. Berndt's class to have the staff dress up as the book by Eric Carle, "The Very Hungry Caterpillar."
Thank you for inviting me to take your pictures! Such an awesome group of students and staff!!! #brillionlions

All of the sponsorship money for the 4th grade walkathon has been collected. The fourth grade classes were able to raise $2,634 for the Ribbon of Hope Foundation in De Pere. Thank you to all of our sponsors for donating to this wonderful cause! #brillionlions

The fifth graders in Mrs. Mielke's class learned about how to try and save the oyster reefs in the Chesapeake Bay. They were given the task to design their own reef and test their designs.

In preparation for the National FFA Poultry contest in Indianapolis, this Brillion FFA placed second at the University of Minnesota FFA Fall invitational. The top three scores were used to determine the winning team.
The boys were edged out by the girl's team but they'll tell you if all four scores were used they would have won. This team competes this week in Indianapolis.
Good luck! #brillionlions

Friends in Ms. LaLuzerne’s Kindergarten class were working on making predictions on whether the card would be greater than, less than, or equal to the number shown. They were also working on their subitizing skills (seeing dots in pairs to make the whole number).
For example the child pointing to the circle of dots saw 4 dots on one side and 4 on the other knowing the 4 and 4 is the same as 8.
Great work!
