Fourth-grade students from Mrs. Woerishofer's class had the opportunity to participate in Shark Tank Kid’s Edition with a few Shark Investors from Brillion Elementary. The students learned about economics and entrepreneurship to create a product that innovatively solved a problem. Some groups were even able to convince all three Sharks to invest! #brillionlions

The National Honor Society, during the induction and honor ceremony, inducted 23 new members this year and honored our 13 seniors, who received their cords and stoles, and 12 juniors who received their pins. The service award, given to the member with the most NHS service hours, went to Lucas M., who had over 80 hours this year. Congratulations to all! #brillonlions

State Superintendent Proclaims Teacher Appreciation Week Across Wisconsin “Our teachers are the heart and soul of our education system - the impact they have stretches far beyond classroom walls,” State Superintendent Dr. Jill Underly said. “They are the unsung heroes in our communities who go above and beyond to help shape the next generation of leaders. I am so incredibly grateful and send my thanks to all Wisconsin educators for all they do to care for our kids, and for their support in helping them learn and grow as individuals. “During Teacher Appreciation Week, I encourage Wisconsinites to take a moment to express their thanks and gratitude to the teachers in your community for the dedication, passion, and commitment they have to our kids.” Thank you Brillion Public School Teachers! #brillionlions

THANK YOU SCHOOL LUNCH HEROES Not only do our school nutrition services staff work hard to prepare, serve, and deliver meals to our students, but they often take a vested interest in the students with whom they work. They always find ways to support our students, whether that be through a pat on the back, offering a friendly smile, looking up a cafeteria number, or helping to find the necessary means to help a student in need. Effective learning can only take place when a child's nutritional needs are met, and BPS's Food Service Workers fill this vital role each and every day… True heroes! 💛💛💛 #brillionlions #thankyou #SchoolLunchHeroDay #Schoollunch #lunchladies #lunchladiesrock
