DPI Farm to School Specialists Jeff Mallegni and David Lee Schneider joined us to demonstrate how to break down bulk produce as we look to purchase more local fruits and veggies! We learned on fresh pineapple, jicama, sweet bell peppers and whole cauliflower.
Congratulations to freshman Alana Kempen for qualifying for the WIAA State Cross Country Meet by placing 5th overall in Division 3 at the WIAA Sectional Meet held in Manitowoc this past Saturday.
