Congratulations to our boys swimming co-op team, wrestling team, boys basketball team, and girls basketball team. All of these teams were Eastern Wisconsin Conference Champs this year.
WIAA Boys Hockey Regional
-The boys hockey co-op completed their season last week during regional play.
WIAA Girls Hockey Sectional
-The girls hockey co-op team will be playing at DePere on Feb. 21st in the sectional semi-final at 8 pm at Cornerstone Community Center.
WIAA State Boys Swimming/Diving
Congratulations to Tarik Schneider for qualifying and competing in the WIAA boys state swimming/diving tournament on Friday, Feb. 17th.
WIAA State Boys and Girls Wrestling
-Congratulations to Logan Mueller, Bob Huntley, Trent Nicklaus, Sophia Galoff, and Damon Schmidt for qualifying this past weekend at sectionals for the WIAA state wrestling tournament. The state wrestling tournament will begin on Thursday 2/23 at 3 pm.
-There will be a send-off for our state wrestling and state swimming qualifiers and all of our winter sports teams to be recognized at the high school gym on Thursday, Feb. 23rd at 9 am.
WIAA Girls Basketball Regionals
-The girls basketball team will be playing in the WIAA regional semi-final on Friday, February 24th at 7 pm at Brillion High School. Brillion will play the winner of the Two Rivers/Sheboygan Falls game.
-The winner of the game on Friday will play in the WIAA regional final on Saturday, February 25th. The time and location are TBD.
WIAA Boys Basketball Regionals
-The boys basketball team will be completing their regular season schedule with a home game vs. Mosinee on Monday, Feb. 20th and an away game at New Holstein on Thursday, February 23rd.
-The boys basketball team will begin tournament series play on Friday, March 3rd in the regional semi-final game. Brillion will host this game at 7 pm and will play the winner of the Denmark/Chilton game.
-The winner of the game on Friday, March 3rd will play in the WIAA regional final on Saturday, March 4th. The time and location are TBD.

However, over the last few weeks, 7th and 8th Grade Band students have been working hard at work creating their own musical compositions. Come to the Brillion Elementary School Carnival on Sunday, March 12 from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm. The carnival is sponsored by the BHS National Honor Society. There will be carnival games to enjoy, cotton candy, bingo, arts & crafts, inflatables, glitter tattoos, concessions, and raffle baskets! Admission is $10.00 per child. The event will be held in the Brillion Elementary School gym and commons. #brillionlions

BVC (Brillion, Valders, Chilton) Boys Swim Team is STATE BOUND
The BVC Team started Friday night with Tarik S. (Brillion) qualifying for State in dive and carried that success into the swim portion on Saturday. BVC placed 3rd as a team at Sectionals. Gavin B. is State qualified in the 200-yard Individual Medley and the 100-yard Butterfly. All 3 relays are State qualified: the 200 Freestyle Relay consisting of Gavin B., Bryce V., Bryce H., and Kevin H.; the 400 Freestyle Relay consisting of Gavin B., Bryce V., Bryce H., and Kevin H.; and the 200 Medley Relay consisting of Jack S., Alex H., Bryce V., and Kevin H.

I am happy to welcome Martin to the Brillion Public Schools team. Martin began his work in November and has been extremely valuable!
