Girls basketball camp this week at the middle school gym is working on their fundamentals and skills to become better basketball players. Athletes in grades four through grade nine are working hard in camp and doing a great job improving.

Summer school students in 2nd and 3rd grade made Mac & Cheese today.
Recipe to try at home:
8oz small shell noodles
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
First, boil the noodles and then drain.
Next, mix in the milk, cheese, salt, and pepper until melted.
Last, put it in a bowl and enjoy!

Students went on a scavenger hunt today to find items listed on the "Alphabet Nature Walk" form. Some items were easy to find, but others were challenging. #brillionlions





Summer School allows one-on-one time with great teachers and students! During this time teachers can customize activities to the students’ strengths, address their weaknesses, and include their interests to keep them engaged. #brillionlions

Having fun while working on our shooting skills playing a game called "Snake Relay." Students needed to make baskets from various spots on the court as a team. Each basket allowed their team to move their beanbag through a hula hoop snake. #brillionlions

2nd and 3rd graders played a game called "Striker Ball" where they had to knock down one of the opposing team’s bowling pins. Working together was key to winning this game! #brillionlions

WIAA Makeup Parent/Athlete Meeting
The 2024-2025 WIAA Parent/Athlete Makeup Meeting will be held July 23rd at 7:30 pm in the Endries Performing Arts Center, Brillion High School. Students in grades 6-12 must plan on attending if they are going to participate in a sport for the 2024-2025 school year. #brillionlions

Project Unify students earned money throughout the year to support Special Olympics. On Thursday our Project Unify Leadership team presented two (2) donations. We donated to SOAR Fox Cities to support one of our students’ basketball teams, and Miracle League Fox Cities to help one of our student’s baseball teams. #brillionlions

Students with Ms. Brockman were playing a game of "Mad Libs." The students had to blindly name a noun, vowel, or adjective that was placed into a story. It is a fun way to learn about the parts of speech. Some of the stories were very unusual. #brillionlions
